Nicky has worked with us for over five years. As our Account Manager for the North West and has a great ability to engage the enthusiasm of retailers. Skilled in both social media and event management Nicky has a natural understanding of the best way to deliver strong results.

After 15 years at the front line there is very little Jack does not know about destination marketing. A seasoned event manager and presenter, Jack is a brilliant host for awards ceremonies, food events and fashion shows. As an account and event manager Jack is both thorough and creative and to add to these skills there are few marketeers who understand and utilise technology as skilfully.

Izzy looks after the Modelsearch campaigns and keeps a close eye on our creative output. Izzy also works on costume design and fashion styling.

Mick has been in the business of retail since 1974. He’s proud to play his part in placing shopping centres at the heart of their communities.

David has been involved in the world of graphic design for 30 years, working for a variety of advertising agencies and over that time he has designed everything from business cards to sides of buses, web sites to exhibition graphics.

He has honed his skills to reflect the changes and needs in the UK shopping centre industry over the years. An ability to understand the target audience has led to many successful campaigns for a wide variety of centres.

Donna guarantees the smooth running of our operations ensuing all our services are cost effective. Donna has worked for Messages PR for 18 years and has an amazing knowledge of the industry, billing, finalising and reporting to clients and making sure our suppliers and staff are paid on time.
